When you come dine with us, you are likely to see or meet Jeff Abellard, Managing Partner of Bistro 781.  Born and raised in Waltham, Jeff had always dreamed of running a business in the only hometown he’s ever known.  After earning his degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University and working in the accounting and real estate industries, Jeff was drawn to the restaurant business and has never looked back.  After gathering a team who shared his vision, Jeff developed and refined the concept for Bistro 781: a fun, yet refined and original dining experience in the ever-changing and diverse city he loves.
