Executive Chef

Chef Duffy’s expertise and creativity are the driving force behind the original dishes you will enjoy at Bistro 781. Born in Brighton, MA and raised on Cape Cod,  Chef began working in restaurants at the young age of 14 as a day time dishwasher at the popular Chart Room Restaurant.  This gave Chef his first taste of restaurant experience, which would become his life’s passion.  Chef Duffy attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts to refine his technique and expand on what he had learned through his working experiences.  He put these skills to use in various restaurants in Charleston, South Carolina and eventually Waltham, where he became the executive chef at Bistro 781.
